How does EasyStill work?
EasyStill boils the mash to steam, this is cooled down to liquid spirits and is collected in a plastic vessel.
The process has the following stages:
Mash is poured in the stainless boiling vessel (max up to the 4-litres mark) then one presses the start button.
The mash heats up and begins to boil.
The steam leaves the boiling vessel and enters the fan-cooled stainless cooler and is condensed back into liquid spirits.
The spirits drip slowly from the still. Here an activated charcoal filter is fitted.
